2. Hosting (IONOS)
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Delivery takes place via geo-redundant data centres in Germany. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes technically necessary access data in so-called server log files (IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and operating system) to ensure trouble-free operation and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS. The server log files are deleted after 90 days at the latest. No personal data is transferred to countries outside the EU or the EEA.
3. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are embedded locally on the server (self-hosting) and delivered directly from there. There is no connection to Google servers or other third parties; no personal data is transferred to third parties for this purpose.
4. Contact by email
If you contact us by email (e.g. via the “Report a bug” page), your information is processed and stored to handle the request. We do not pass this data on without your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We store your request until it has been finally processed and then delete it, provided no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Read-aloud function
The “Read aloud” function uses exclusively the speech output built into your device's browser. No content or personal data is transferred to Cyberruf or third parties.
6. External links
We link to official bodies (police, BSI, etc.) and, where applicable, to service providers. By clicking, you leave our website; the privacy policies of the respective providers then apply.
7. Future features
Planned content such as a directory of incident-response service providers or labelled ads may require additional processing (e.g. cookies, reach measurement). This policy will be supplemented accordingly before such features are activated.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for the controller is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg (LfDI BW).
