Disconnect
Disconnect affected systems from the network – do not switch off, to preserve traces.
Secure
Document screenshots, emails, log data, amounts and timestamps.
Block
Block access, change passwords, inform bank/providers.
Report
Contact the responsible body – ZAC (businesses) or Onlinewache (private).
